Brittany Hooten found her passion for all things real estate from an early age. Whether it had been helping her grandmother set up an open house, working on rentals, or entertaining clients. After several years in the industry Brittany has discovered her true passion is to serve her community.

As her first career may have not been in real estate, she found herself in an industry that had driven her to represent clients, settle, and negotiate under duress circumstances that had taken her cross country many times. Teaching her how to adapt to new surroundings, cultures, and how to work under extensive pressure. As she worked on Natural disaster dwelling claims for years, she had to have in-depth knowledge of all types of homes, knowing the cost to repair, rebuild, and how to read all types of insurance policies. In addition to being a real estate agent, Brittany serves her community as a Licensed public adjuster aiding homeowners in claim denials, loss below deductible, and rigorous negotiations through her family owned and operated public adjusting firm Hooten & Associates.

As she enjoyed her time of being a Catastrophe Claims Adjusters, she is thankful that it brought her to the state of Texas. It was then Brittany decided that she would dedicate her passion to serve her clients with transparency, honesty, and integrity. By being highly educated in her local market, and being a neighborhood expert with buying, selling, investing, and leasing of residential real estate.

Brittany takes pride in her community raising her three sons Carter, Brady, and Cash in Denton County with her husband Austin. In her free time, Brittany and her family of five are always looking for new eateries to try out, going to small towns to explore, watching the kids play sports, and spending time with family preferably with outdoor activities.
